Please place your order by 5pm the day before for next business day delivery. This ensures you get the freshest blooms available as we source your blooms fresh from markets on the day of delivery.
We deliver across Greater Sydney. Price of delivery will be calculated at checkout.
Our standard delivery ensures that flowers are delivered by 5pm for businesses and 6pm for home addresses. Unfortunately we can not guarantee a specific delivery time. Please contact us if you need a specific delivery time at info@queenofthenightflowers.com.au or 0428242738 and we will do our best to try and accommodate but cannot guarantee it. Additional delivery charges may apply.
It is you responsibility to ensure the correct contact details and delivery address are supplied. If misdelivery occurs as a result of an incorrect details supplied the flowers may still be re-delivered but at an additional cost.
If the recipient is not available to receive the flowers you agree to give our courier driver the authority to leave the flowers in a safe secure location that is sheltered from the elements.
If it is unsafe or not sheltered from the elements we will contact the recipient and arrange for a re-delivery and a re-delivery charge will occur.
If the flowers are being delivered to an apartment address please nominate a safe spot to leave in case the recipient is not home.
Alterations and Amendments to an order
As all our arrangements are bought to order please ensure that the details of the order are correct prior to finalising the order.
If you would like to make an amendment or change details please contact us by 5pm the day before delivery on info@queenofthenightflowers.com.au and we will try our best to accomodate.
Cancellation of order
Given the nature of the business we operate, queen of the night flowers cannot cancel orders that are already prepared and/or are with a courier for delivery.
Cancellation requests received at a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled date of delivery within Australia, will incur an administration fee of $15.00.
If the cancellation is authorised the difference will be refunded, within 3 – 5 working days, or at the discretion of queen of the night flowers bank / financial institution.
queen of the night flowers sources flowers on the day of delivery to ensure you receive the freshest blooms available. With proper flower care your flowers should last at least 3-7 days.
Flowers are subject to seasonality and availability. As a result our bespoke arrangements are one of a kind and no two arrangements are the same. The images on the website are just an indication of size and style however the flowers you receive may not be exactly the same as the image. By placing an order you accept these terms and conditions and acknowledge there may be differences between website images and your order.
It is natural for different flowers to have different lifespans. We recommend removing the spent flowers, refreshing the water and cleaning the vase and giving the remaining flowers a fresh cut to enjoy the longer lasting varieties.
If you have taken all the proper care of your flowers ensuring they are not exposed to heat and made sure all stems are submerged in water and they have not lasted at least 3 days please contact us on info@queenofthenightflowers.com.au or 0428242738 within 3 days of purchase with a photo and we will work out a resolution.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers we cannot accept returns. A replacement or refund may be organised at the discretion of queen of the night flowers.
